Azizov Shavkatjon Ismatjon o'g'li

Azizov Shavkatjon Ismatjon ogli was born on October 3, 1991, in Tashkent in a family of intellectuals. Nationality — Uzbek.

In 2006, he graduated with honors from “Orom” secondary school (UO'TTBBMM) in Tashkent.

From 2006 to 2009, he studied at the academic lyceum under the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology.

From 2009 to 2014, he studied at the Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute (Bachelor’s degree).

In 2013, he became a recipient of the Ibn Sino State Scholarship.

From 2014 to 2016, he completed his Master’s degree at the Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute in the field of Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Pharmacognosy.

From 2013 to 2016, he worked as a pharmacist and provizor at Pharmacy No. 57 of “Dori–Darmon” JSC.

In 2014, he completed training at the military faculty under the Tashkent Medical Academy and was awarded the rank of Lieutenant.

From 2013 to 2016, he was actively involved in the Student Scientific Society of the Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute.

From 2016 to 2020, he studied at Changwon National University (Republic of Korea), where he obtained a PhD degree in Chemical Sciences.

From April to December 2020, he worked as a Senior Researcher at the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

From 2021 to 2023, he was a doctoral candidate at the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

From 2023 to 2025, he continued his scientific activity at the same institute.

Since August 2025 — Director of the Tashkent Research Institute of Vaccines and Sera.
