A Representative of TOSHVZITI Also Participated in an International Seminar-Training

An international seminar-training titled “European Experience in Developing and Managing the Register of Professional Qualifications” was organized at the Institute for the Development of the National Qualifications System in cooperation with the UNESCO Office in Uzbekistan.

This prestigious event brought together secretaries of sectoral councils, members of working groups, industry specialists, and international experts in both offline and online formats. A representative of the Tashkent Research Institute of Vaccines and Serums (ToshVZITI) also participated in the seminar-training, contributing to discussions on the formation of professional qualifications and their management in line with modern requirements.

During the seminar, the following topics were comprehensively discussed:
✅ scientific and methodological foundations for developing the register of professional qualifications;
✅ effective mechanisms for managing qualification systems in European countries;
✅ digitalization of the register and data integration;
✅ issues related to the interaction between the education system and the labor market.

The seminar-training was conducted in the spirit of open dialogue, Q&A sessions, and practical discussions, serving as an important platform for learning advanced practices, gaining insight into international approaches, and exchanging experience among participants.
